Lily Ardalan is a Los Angeles–based production professional with experience spanning animation, commercials, live events, branded entertainment, and experiential productions. With a background in both creative development and production operations, she specializes in transforming ambitious ideas into organized, achievable realities — managing teams, timelines, vendors, clients, and technical workflows from concept through delivery.
Known for her adaptability, communication skills, and collaborative approach, Lily thrives at the intersection of creativity and logistics. She has built her career supporting artists, directors, and creative teams while creating the structure and momentum needed to bring projects across the finish line. Whether working in a studio environment or a fast-paced live production setting, she brings a balance of organization, empathy, and problem-solving to every project.
A proud Angeleno and graduate of San Jose State University’s Animation and Design program, Lily has always been drawn to the spaces where art, storytelling, and community intersect. Her creative background informs her approach to production — allowing her to understand the needs of artists while maintaining the operational focus required to execute a successful project.
Outside of production, Lily is a DJ, community organizer, and lifelong creative. She is the founder of Soft Beat, an independent party platform celebrating femme and queer dance floor culture through high-energy music and intentional community. As a resident DJ and nightlife curator, she continues to explore the relationship between creativity, connection, and shared experiences.
When she’s not working, you can usually find Lily drawing, collecting perfume samples, lifting weights, digging for new music, or convincing her friends to stay out for “just one more song.”
